tourism companies. The morning program included a building tour and presentations by Christian Raveaux, Head of Customer Insights & Media at REWE Group, and Alexander
Erraß, board member at ISM Innovative Service & Media AG, on REWE Digital’s operations and retail media strategies. Following lunch at Purino restaurant in the Carlswerk area, Carsten Weber, Vice President at Lekkerland, presented on the iKiosk and digital signage concepts. Sabine Benoit provided a report from the Forecourt Tech conference and study updates. The session concluded with a store visit to a Shell station on Neusser Strasse equipped with Lekkerland’s iKiosk and digital signage
systems, demonstrating the practical implementation of in-store digital media solutions.
