The advisory board met in October 2025, with sessions at two institutions in Heilbronn. The morning took place at the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Heilbronn, a cooperative university offering dual study programs that combine academic theory with practical company experience. The afternoon session moved to IP.AI Spaces, an AI innovation platform that supports companies and organizations on their AI transformation journey.

The morning program included a presentation on DHBW’s retail-focused study programs, a workshop on the Smart Store 24/7 concept, and a campus tour featuring autonomous retail and medical treatment boxes. After lunch at Campus Garden, participants traveled to IP.AI for presentations on the platform itself, AI-driven forecasting and replenishment from Schwarz Group, and retail media strategies.
